To Marshall: I must second Debra's assessment of your "insight" into Ftel's hardware list. As a RACE lurker also, I can also equate what FPeters is doing here, with what Dr. Barker is doing at RACE, building a company from the ground up. It takes time, there are setbacks taht are encountered. I don't see 100 million dollar deals being announced for RACE's hardware either. What if the beta testing result is that "MORE" twicking is necessary to the "THING" before they actually release it. We acan actually get a whole lot more info here released to us, than you can from RACE. So I also, encourage you to call Frank Peter's and inform yourself before you necessarily just badmouth the company because they can't yet advertise with the big boys in Lan Times, Info World and Comm Week. Neither good lots of good startups like Rational Software, Net Appliance and some others. See ya over at RACE.
