Craig, Last point on this subject for me. Osicom said they had no current plans for a secondary. That would be another offering to the public. If you listen to the CC again they made absolutely no mention of not doing a private financing deal. They never said they wouldn't do a Reg D or Reg S. Either way Craig, Our conjecture means little. We'll see it coming in the SEC filings way before the stock price reacts to the news. If you happen to catch it before me, please tell me so that I can consider shorting... Par, if you're watching, DO NOT do one of these things ever again! Grant
