chk said Thursday it agreed to aquire Occidental Pet MC Pannhandle Corp. unit for $105 Mill.MC Pannhandle has estimated proven reserves of 100 Billion cubic feet of natural gas.The wells produced 13 Bill of gas in 1997 (go Figure)
