Price Sales Ratio - Suggest that you revisit Table 4-1 of Fisher's book Super Stocks (p40). You won't make that assertion if you look at it.

I tend not to buy over a PSR of 1.0. I might stretch it to 1.4. Suggest you look at MFN and compare its data with ACRT at 30. Very similar stock outcome. Using this metric, ACRT is pricey at 11.

Debt equity ratio of 0.0 - so tell me about the private placement from last summer. Was that all equity? What were the terms? Tell me about the 1 million shares in stock options to our puffed rice friend? Oh, and tell me what goes on in the Cayman Islands.

Be my guest and wade through all those footnotes. Tell me how you calculate those numerators and denominators. I honestly don't know. My method is to round DOWN when in doubt. If you assume conversion of all those options, the numbers make very strange jumps at various stock prices. I don't know why you would rely on simple ratios when there are all those out-of-focus figures out there?
