Bob, looking at comparative ASMLF and SVGI charts, ASMLF simply has blown away SVGI over the past 12 months, a time during which SVG has had the greatest competitive advantage over ASM. Note also that ASMLF is up 2X compared to SVGI today. How come? tscn.com BTW, I agree with you that for 0.25 micron SVGI QML can't be beat in terms of best performance/$. What is this machines' throughput in wafers/hour? I suspect that its throughput is less compared to that of a DUV excimer laser equipped version of the same machine (Micrascan-3). Bob, what is a reasonably good price for buying SVGI? Is SVGI a good buy right now? Thanks. Tulvio
