Per: As I understand it from speaking with Jon Vaux, the ET survey
does not measure well pressure at depth. Rather, Mr. Jackson, owing
to his experience was able to infer, based upon the indicated quantity
of hydrocarbons detected at the 18,000 foot depth, that the
possibility of a blowout was quite high.

I agree with you that this one is going to start slow, and the company
is showing no interest yet in "beating the drums." IMHO they want
to downplay their capapabilities in order to give them better lease
rates. But at some point the word will spread and they will be a
buyout candidate for their technology alone. Imagine if Chevron or
Mobil could say, "now that we bought AXPL, we'll almost never have
another dry hole." It seems to me that is worth $40-50 Million, or
$10/share.

Hope this helps clarify --

Jeff
