COMS cooked the books? That's like someone being tagged a tax cheat simply because the IRS disagrees with some portion of a return. Let me say this again: There is absolutely no indication that COMS did anything wrong, and the restatement is a resolution of an obtuse accounting issue that has no bearing on the company's prospects.
