Dear Steve: A whole lot of what you are asking will be in the shareholder letter.That said I get the feeling that I am starting to communicate and people are now starting to see the scenario that I failed miserably to communicate. One thing I will answer here is that most people would not combine a book value plus a multiple of earnings to arrive at a share price but in our particular case where we have publicly stated that we intend to sell the whole or parts (equal to the whole)of the company that rationale is right on.We did it with the sale of the WH Smith contract Best
