Mr. Pink, I know this is not your usual type of thing, but you might take a look at Radica Games, RADAF. They make hand held electronic games, with their own factory in China. Trailing PE is about 11, and PE on next 12 months earnings is anywhere between 5 and 7. No analysts follow the company.

Short interest has increased dramatically in RADAF in recent months, supposedly by Fahnstock or someone shorting through them, while at the same time the company is buying back shares. A real battle seems to be taking place here.

Do you have any information on who is shorting RADAF, or why?

Would your fund be interested in buying into this kind of interesting situation?

Just wondering.... RR
