this was Ira's email reply when I asked him about the line
of credit.

When Ira says no more dilution I believe he means no more dilution
other than what has been already agreed to. LOL

Once they touch the line of credit it looks like more shares will
be added to the outstanding share count.

This is just my opinion. Somebody might want to ask Ira
about the dilution from the line of credit.
