It was so naive of them to say that it was due to the market slump
for BORL's price dip, instead of VSGN's deal. Market was telling us
again and again that the deal was too expensive. Like a good orchestra
conductor has to listen to all players', CEO and management has to
listen to the market, too. A good example is ORCL, they take care of
share holders during volatile times by quickly responding to the
needs. WS does not like uncertainty. We're all taking enough risks
everyday and don't need another uncertainty from a company who doesn't
listen to the market.

Reinventing company is not easy and is not cheap task either. So BORL
has to show solid turn around( fatter balance )before doing any
further fancy steps.
