Thanks for responding Let, even though you didn't have the answer! I asked the question since I've been trying to figure out why the great run-up as of late, and haven't been able to find any new news or info. to explain it. I called Sand Tech's Investor Relations a day or two ago, and as others have mentioned the person handling Investor Relations was on maternity leave, though I was told she would answer email. I don't know who I was talking to, but I asked if anyone there could tell me if they knew of any reason for the stock activity recently. She said that the company didn't have any new news out, and that they didn't know why it was so active and moving up so much. Therefore I was wondering if anyone with a good understanding of "behind the scenes" trading read anything into the "interesting" bid/ask numbers, since it seemed odd to me that the stock would move so much with no public news. Anyway, I'm not trying to start a conspiracy...just trying to understand one of my investments! I hope we see more of the same upward movement next week, next month, and next year!
