Market Perspective:
There has been much discussion as to the size of the bilrubin testing market. It is my feeling that the market will actually be larger than stated in the original study. Why?
Doctors are much more willing to perform a test/procedure when the side effects/complications are nil. A routine screening of all infants for hyperbilirubinemia is feasible. When the "word" gets out, mothers will insist that their precious little ones have such a benign test.
Good luck all,
Brice Guckien
