Of course this is not assured or even likely! Think about it for just a minute! There is the demand that INTC "sees." There is the demand that GTW "sees." Collectively INTC's demand relates to demand all the PC retailers have on INTC for microprocessors. This implies, at the very least, slowing revenue growth for PC makers as a whole, perhaps even decline. If PC makers can get higher revenues selling fewer machines, then why are they having to cut prices more aggressively? -- e.g. CPQ's statements.
Your reasoning is badly flawed.
