I also like "Trading for a Living" book but to get one started in some very simple ta I would recommend Stan Weinstein's book; Secrets of profiting in Bull and Bear Markets. This book starts out with one very simplistic concept that works and from there one can find success and slowly progress to other, more complex TA. IMHO, Mike
