I'm not sure what triggered the sell off. At the climax there was a sell of 75,000 shares at 1 7/16, it was the only trade at that level, there was a dramatic pause, and then buyers came in in the last 2 minutes at 1 1/2. Not sure if marker makers wanted to trigger all the stop losses in the 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 area or what - could have been a shake out, or people bailing on the reverse split news. Hopefully there is not some horrible news pending like for example "M1 Tank Platoon 2" delayed until next quarter. If they do not ship one of their big games soon, people will completely lose faith that MPRS will ever ship another product. I had figured MPRS would start to move up this month as UltRacePro and M1 tank Platoon 2 went out the door. This is certainly painful in the short term. ATVI could now buy this company on the open market for 42 million. Maybe Race will start to listen to buy offers in the 3 - 5 range now. If they don't address the stock price soon and put out a little positive press, developers may not feel their new revalued options are worth sticking around for. John
