Could be! However and in my opinion, this most likely has to do with Y2K problems and corporations delaying the capital expenditures to figure out exactly how much it is going to cost them to fix their Y2K problems. No one knows yet, but in my opinion it is going to cost them a heck of a lot of money, and as a result there will be a 6-12 months delay in purchase of any new technology that might effect their cost and expense plans dramatically. The number 1 item on everyones list is to fix the Y2K problem as soon as possible, and believe me it is more serious than everyone thinks.
