Could the observations based on MVSI's news release re. Blue Stone Capital be over optimistic? The release stated that B.S. was engaged for the strategy of enhancing shareholder value. This to include financial advice, debt or equity financing and advice on mergers and acquisitions. Obviously, they would use an organization such as this in their quest to sell the MVS laser division. They would also use such an outfit to find suitable acquisitions. This would also require debt or equity. They might even need additional equity to carry them over a difficult period where cash flow is tight. I think it is a stretch to say they are there to promote MVSI stk. to institutional clients. Perhaps, we could believe just what the press release clearly states. Just my opinion.
