Matty, perhaps Meacham overruled!?, Remember there is a major management shakedown going on currently, from the TOP down -- from my own DD there is also uncertainty and a general sense of "un-easy-ness" from the members I've contacted. This is quite normal behaviour after a takeover where there can be resentment and confusion towards new management. Back to Universal - it's anyone's guess, But I'm in favour of the strategic alliance if it works. Jeffrey J
