The company has negotiated a private placement for 400,000 units at $2.25 for $900,000. Each unit will
be comprised of one share and one warrant to purchase an additional share for two years at $2.25 in the
first year and at $2.75 in the second. Proceeds will be used to further exploration on the company's
mineral properties in the South Voisey Bay area of Labrador.
