You must have read my message at 4 am because you misinterpreted my message.

I stated that vertel may have a bright future as long as
the old retix management was out of the way. To fight it
out over 9 months to save 1 1/2 million dollars in parachute payments would ultimately a case of winning the battle
and losing the war.

I was just being careful in explaining that just because
I felt this way does not mean that I was condoning such
parachute payments. In fact, I detest them. But my
personal feeling are irrelevant to whether vertel should have
paid the old management off. I stated what alternative
did vertel management have?

No === I am not selling retix.
