I may be missing some of the recent history ( such as in January) about the claim that Placer Dome has on the Cristina properties.

Can some one fill me in? I have read the Asensio reports and feel that IF the court is not corrupted in Venezuela then KRY does not have a chance at any claim to these properties. If someone down there has been bribed then thats another story.
