OTEXF will hit $25 before it consolidates based on Barron's view that OTEXF is "cheap" (compared to SPLN, ONSL, PTVL, NTKI) and is playing a catch up role. Take a look at charts of these stocks mentioned in Barron two week ago, one should easily found they all have a common pattern: they simply ran to $25 after breaking out at the middle teens (with heavy volume) before consolidating.
