Off Topic--SVGI Furnaces Andrew, you write <<Thanks for the first confirmation of SVGL for INTC. This should translate to $$$ in SVGI stock, especially if they also go for the SVGI coat/develop units. The two new fabs, do you know if they are going to use the SVGI vertical furnaces perchance???>> I recently visited the SVGI/Thermco facility in Orange, CA. Management indicated that Kokusai had a lock on Intel's 200mm furnace business. However, they thought Thermco had a good shot at the shift to 300mm business with their RVP300 machine (one of which is shipping to Motorola/Siemens--Dresden by winning the first competitive bid process for a 300mm furnace). --David
