Mr. Pink runs a sprawling empire, many times the size of ACRT in terms of capital. He has never had any tax problems because He employs competent accountants, Ernst and Young to be precise. ACRT employs a bucket shop auditing firm and has a bookeeper from a seeing eye dog foundation as the CFO. They can't even record revenues properly, so of course rice man has tax problems here as well as creditors breathing down his neck. Mr. Pink
