Thank you for your interest in Powerwave Technologies, Inc.ÿ Some of
Powerwave's orders have been delayed and cancelled as Powerwave had
anticipated in our fourth quarter press release from 1/14/98.ÿ Further
information regarding these delays or cancellations is not available at this time.ÿ We will be releasing our first quarter earnings of 1998
