Mr. Fink,

You say a sign of weakness is not responding. Well, you have not addressed the posting I made to you last night, probably because you have no capacity for debating this rationally.

If you actually believe that long distance companies (to use an example) would rather be beholden to the RBOC unbundled networks as resellers, with the inherent low relative margins vs. on-net margins, plus the onerous access charges levied by the RBOCs, then you truly are ignorant. The ONLY way for competitive local exchange carriers to be TRULY competitive over the long haul is to control and own your own dedicated facilaties, and have the scale of a national footprint. It's even better if your capex is success-based instead of mainly fixed (i.e. fiber). This is what defines Winstar.

Pardon me for seeming "weak" or even "copping out", but I am afraid that your ill-informed statements will no longer be dignified by a response from me. It's a waste of my valuable time.
