Amir, Check out my post #55 on this forum...it is an article from Dow Jones News Service....scroll to about the middle of it to read about the Intel and Atmel insider activity. For Intel, this insider activity has proved lucrative for the executives...not yet for Atmel, hopefully next year... Vikas
