You are correct. If the BAAT technology is a go, then the applications
will be enormous. For vehicles on the road now, and new creations.
We have seen the lengths the companies are going, just to get a few more MPGs. If BAAT is patentable (if not, why the patent attorneys, and applications), then if one car builder uses it, will the others not follow suit???? And if Asia or Europe buy into it............Is a strange time. We are seeing a total revolution in the automobile as we know it. BILLIONS spent on hybrid and cell technology development. FORD has indicated that their emphasis will be on combustion, DIESEL. With acknolwedgement that CELL technology will come later. I just read in BW, where the auto industry is in a steep decline,
in ASIA, all over. Its this new technology that will give it a boost.
Of course the emphasis will be on the environment with the new world legislation that was passed. I don't know how much an impact the
price of Oil will have. Oil prices will drop dramatically as these cars get on the road. We will have such a glut of the stuff, it will also cause
a major impact to the economy. Cheap fuel worldwide. HMMMM>
The future will be very interesting. If you chek out the YAHOO site,
there is not much from the meeting. an agreement was made to let BAAT post the information on the WEB site. Theywere also tight lipped, and justly so. They sure aren't going to open the vault to visitors just to placate some internet investors. They would be crazy to do so. But "we" did, I think, encourage them to re-do the web site, to sell themselves a little more. I understand it should be updated within the week. So it will still be a waiting game. thats the nature of investing. You weight the variables, and decide if you want to take the risk. |
