gda and slob,

Thanks for keep up the discussion on VTSS's valuation. I have been enjoying the Cozumel sun the last few days which is why I haven't replied. I'm kind of glad I was away as the INTC announcement caused quite a stir and I didn't have to watch all my tech stocks get hammered for a day. Nice bounce back today for VTSS.

gda, I still don't completely understand why you would short VTSS if you continue to believe that, for at least the next 2 to 4 years, VTSS will continue to show dramatic growth (over 30%)? Also, why are you gambling on some *big news* that is going to hurt VTSS?

Even with the advancements being made in CMOS technology, I still don't see VTSS being *attacked* or excessively pressured on their margins for some time to come. A significant portion of their work, as I understand it, is contracted and therefore management has a pretty good idea in what range their revenues and margins are going fall in for the immediate future. Their guidance to the street has been excellent for a long time now.

I currently agree with slob. Until such time that margins shrink significantly or management warns of some serious problem they will face in the future, I will continue to keep my investment in VTSS.

Thanks for sharing your views.

gda, I'm sorry I can't say I wish you well with your short ;)

Michael
