Scott, if you bother to follow standard company incentive procedures, you would recognize the fact that this is the first step to a buyback.
They have just eliminated the dilution of the future float by 1 mil shares. Mr Ahroni still needs to get compensated his one million shares. At the moment, how do you suppose the stockholders... us long guys... are going to authorize the company to come by these shares?
Step 2, to be forthcoming immediately, is the requsest and authorization of a buyback to compensate Mr Ahroni.

If you're fast on Monday morning, you may be able to cover your short without losing everything.
