I don't know what a class action suit is likely to do either ..... and
would prefer the SEC take a look and let the chips fall where they may.
Not only is "Mike" Dorf telling the truth, I AM WILLING TO TAKE A
POLYGRAPH TEST TO PROVE IT !!! Bet Jim Palermo wouldn't take that test
if his life depended on it.
I am hoping I get MY day in court, along with lots of disgruntled
shareholders, creditors, unpaid attorneys, employees, etc., etc., etc.
