Greg, Re: Prop211 - Unfortunately the straw polls I read today still show it more likely to pass (by 8pts or so - sorry too lazy to get up, get today's paper and write down the numbers) though the lead has narrowed. Based on recent coverage and more companies coming out strongly against it, I think the anti-Prop211 folks might have their act together by now. Hope Prop211 fails, Best Wishes, MJ
