Good evening Frank. I am an attorney, albeit not a securities attorney. I have a very good and old friend who I consider to be one of the best securities attorneys I have ever met. I will be discussing several issues with him this weekend or Monday. After that conversation, if we have conclude a lawsuit is in the best interests of CPQ and/or INTC shareholders, then I will create a new e-mail address for myself in order to communicate with others who might feel the same way.

This is not sour grapes. I can handle pre-announcements. I can handle unexpected problems. But, I don't believe that is what we are dealing with in March, 1998. To keep it short, I belive, at this time, that there were specific acts of fraud on the part of CPQ management. With respect to INTC, I believe INTC management was grossly negligent in their communications with its shareholders.

Think about it, INTC discovered that there would be a $650 M shortfall in revenues for the 1st Q. The quarter is 2/3 over. If I am correct, this shortfall was created in early 1998. CPQ topped INTC's announcement today by saying that it would fall short by $1 B.

I've said enough for now. I'll be in touch.
