Doug, You may just be on the beam. Don't start doubting your post. When I said matters can change quickly, I was directing it to David's post. I believe that after the original contract between Franklin and DCI expired, that Franklin delivered a new contract to DCI, aka Joe Murphy spelling out a performance based agreement dependant on DCI bringing in new capital. My hope is that the capital has now been acquired. If this is the case than we can all be mighty happy if we have kept our shares in both companies. Call me an optimist, but it has been said that a pessimist never comes out on top of anything!
Hopefully todays news will spell this out ! (imho)
