Thanks for the info but my guess is we won't have to wait for the proxy material to hear about a stock split. I would imagine they would put out a press release or we will see it in a news report prior to that. I think they will make a final decision at whatever board mtg is the one before the proxy stuff must go out. Once they decide officially I would think that it is material and must be disclosed ASAP to the public. Otherwise whoever gets their mail first has an advantage over the rest. FWIW Regards
