This is so true. I think none of us are prepared for the massive wave of surreally cheap stuff that is going to flood US and world markets soon, say within 8-12 months. Chinese labor costs now vastly exceed those of Indonesia and Thailand; when (not if) the yuan devalues, we could easily an Asia Turmoil II that will rival or even dwarf the first round. That, in combination with any bad news at all on the home front, could set things in downward motion real fast and hard.
