by the way... are you refering to pink and co's trial? I don't know if that would possibly include you or not... I guess time will tell. I believe what you just posted would certainly qualify under the SEC violations mentioned here on previous posts. That is... if you are short the stock. You are either a seriously scared short, or a voyeur and pretender, kind of like your friend Jeffrey. Which is it?
