NEGOTIATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OF A GAMING COMPLEX IN OKLAHOMA

Lawton, Oklahoma, January 16, 1996 - Wallace Coffey, chairman and chief executive officer of the Comanche Indian Tribe (the
"Tribe") announced the successful conclusion of negotiations with Advanced Gaming Technology, Inc. of British Columbia, Canada,
to design, finance, construct and manage a 30,000 square foot Class 11 gaming/entertainment complex on Comanche Tribal Trust

year of approximately $5 million U.S. Net income will be split with AGTI receiving 30%, and the Comanche Indian Tribe 70%.

"This new and innovative facility will help secure economic independence for the Comanche people while at the same time add new
economic stimulus to the Lawton, Oklahoma area and provide a state-of-the-ad entertainment attraction for the people of
southwestern Oklahoma and northwestern Texas," said Wallace Coffey.

The initial five year term of the Agreement begins the day the new facility opens to the public. The anticipated opening is by the fourth
quarter of 1996 subject to obtaining all appropriate approvals of the Comanche/AGTI Agreement by the National Indian Gaming
Commission. The necessary documents are expected to be executed and submitted to the Commission by February 28, 1996.

The Comanche Entertainment & Cultural Center will also serve as a show place for the latest innovations in gaming technology, offer
high stakes bingo, pull tab and other legal class 11 games under the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act ("IGRA"), with dining facilities and
a Comanche Nation Museum and Cultural Center.

AGTI chairman and chief executive officer, Robert Silzer, said, "this agreement gives AGTI the opportunity to work directly with the
Comanche Indian Tribe to design, construct and manage the most innovative gaming/entertainment and cultural attraction in the
region."
