RE: the bill

Some of that IMF money is going to the conglomerates(chaebols). Once it gets to them, I find it hard to believe they will be able to track it. There was some expected bad news out of Japan concerning bookings/sales for semi-equips also. It stinks that Cymer has to track the sector somewhat, because we all know where the cap. ex. will be focused(0.25æm). Hope Morgan Stanley can put the good word out on ASMLF and Cymer. Conference begins on Monday.
