...Im long for 9 mo, and have plyed this as many as a cheap value play with alot of cash...but in terms of TA, just think it is very early to say its ' trying to break out"...still a bear mrt rally on light volume..hope it changes, but TA is not telling me anything as far as definitive fundo turn is imminent..hope im wrong, and remain long....
