I'm pretty sure it's less than 5000. My source is vickers. I'll check when I get a chance to verify. I trade with charles schwab. Vickers insider holdings is one of the information services they offer. It lists the major insider and institutional holdings as well as recent buys and sells. I double checked it, Vickers list 4702 shares owned by Michael Hackworth. I would think this could be verified through sec postings.
