Guys -- there are still a few of us that remain. There are even those optimistic diehards that believe we are still going to get something. Actually, I think all of us are in that group to some degree or we would have jumped ship by now. We must stick together and formulate a rational plan of attack. For those of you willing, I intend to sue. I will file objections to the reorganization plan. I will do whatever it take to cost the new company money. Money that I believe they appropriated from my company, STLC. I have enough expertise to file the necessary papers in court and proceed pro se. Perhaps some of you understand this principle. I do not want to spend any money on lawyers to handle what I believe I can do on my own. Besides, I do not believe we can get a competent attorney to handle this case because of the costs. I may need some assistance in doing research and digging up documents and information. I will work on behalf of those who wish to join. Only cost - time. I'll take care of the filing fee. This should be interesting because I live in Tampa. I want to see them fly out here for any hearings. Let's see what happens. If you want to be a part of my shareholders group please send me a notarized letter indicating your position as a member of the STLC shareholders group.
