The latest thing I could find on the sec was from june of 97. It shows Hackworth owning over a million shares (2.06%). I wonder why the difference. Vickers shows minimal insider selling in the last 6 months (and I think it's been basically the same for about 2 months). They mention an employing stock buying plan. I wonder if this works like a 401K. If it does maybe these are not showing up on vickers. I'll have to send Schwab an email. Go to this link, search for 2.06 and it will take you to his holdings as of last june. sec.gov
