Good morning Frank. Get yourself a cup of coffee, put your DESTINY on and relax and read my post.

I will talk to you later today when I get my nerve calming sleep.

If I were you I would not fall in this trap about suing Intel. As a longtime investor I think we have done pretty well. What do you think getting a new CEO or suing Intel will bring us? What should we do? Give some more money we made on Intel back to litigation lawyers? Some of the cos. I had lost money on went into litigation. Guess what the shareholders got? 1/2 a cent on the dollar? The rest went to the lawyers and I did not even pledge my shares. Isn't it odd how we screamed when someone sued our Intel and now we are talking about it on this thread? I don't think that a long time investor has ever lost money on Intel so far. Intel has been in the low 100s early last year? It is still 152 right now. Where on earth is the beef? Crap happens. Losing 650 million is only 10%. It can get lost in this environment. Some cos. have lost 30% and did not notice immediately.

I guess we really should have invested in AMD. At least they have lost money for quite some time and so losing now even more is no big deal?

Sonny
