FMK Have been reading your posts for some time and admire them as well written and rational. But I'm confused about something, that perhaps and hope you may be able to clarify. What is the trouble with VLNC's large mix? Is the mix a liquid, like beer, or thicker like Haagen Dazs? It is done in a huge vat? From hoses? chemical powders? Is the vat wooden, copper, aluminum, porcelain? Is the trouble with the mix improper liquefaction, or solidifying, or unexpected ionization, or heating up, or not caking for the interleaves? I just don't have a picture of what they do that can be done by hand which can't be done in very large quantities? Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated. I've been with the co. a long time and am always hopeful, as you, but more in the dark. Thank you in advance. Sig. |
