Anyone catch Wall St. Week? Mr. Lloyd George was the guest. He invests directly in stocks in Asian markets (although he hasn't a single penny in the Indonesian market just now). He was asked several times about where the opportunities lay, and he always lead his answer with - telecommunications infrastructure in China. He repeated the statistic that Mr. Kluge mentioned 1% penetration for cell phone usage and indicated that China is about to pour enormous amounts of resources into building out their network. The only frustrating thing about it was that he did not mention MMG. He said if you can't invest directly in Asian stocks (China Telecom, for ex.) you can get in on the action via mutual funds. Although I kept screaming "MMG" at the tv, they all carried on as if they couldn't hear me.
