Do you know about the availability of Noble Drilling's Semisub known as Shelf 4 ?

From what i understand it has been stacked for a long time in the U.K. and according to rumors (Luc?) was recently leased and is heading for up grade. There has been no press release concerning this alleged contract so IR will not tell me anything about it.
