Teddy -- I'm working on a very big rig deal and have been laying in bed awake for a few hours trying to scheme so I decided to just get on up. This working for a living interferes with my sweet dreams...and we all know His Dog needs all the beauty sleep he can get... I don't know that rig offhand. However, generally any rig named SHELF is a former Russian rig. Maybe they bought it from the Commies a while back and are waiting to refurb it...I don't know. I will find out for you Monday.
