Dear Andrew, I dont have strongh enough feelings on this subject to argue with you however I would like to correct one thing you said. It is of no major consequence to split a stock. Requires very little legal work, a minor amendment to the articles of incorporation and in some states a vote of shareholders. But, I am unaware of any SEC approval necessary or any related accounting expense. Its just not the big deal you seem to feel it is in your eyes. As to purchasing power, there are a heck of a lot of "little people" out there and I think that they think in round lots. Plus, maybe management WANTS to disburse the stock into more hands. Anyhow, lets not argue about it. Its a done deal and frankly I just dont think its a BIG DEAL. JOHN
